OVERVIEW


Purchasing or acquiring firearms in California requires a Firearms Safety Certificate. This course helps you pass the test and get yours.

None - Beginners welcome.

  • 60 minutes of in-class lecture

  • 30 minutes of exam

  • Locations for practicing firearms


EQUIPMENT LIST


Applicants must be legal residents of California and present a valid California ID card or driver's license.


*Temporary paper identity certificate or photo of identity certificate cannot be used as a valid certificate


Applicants must be 21 years or older.

  • San Jose Office,  free parking

Recording audio and video during the course is strictly prohibited.Cell phones must be either turned off or set to mute throughout the entire session.Individuals unable to present valid documents on the spot will not receive certification exams or refunds.Failure to pass the exam will result in no certification or refund; however, a chance to retake the exam will be offered.


The final interpretation right belongs to Legacy Firearms Academy.


Paying the fee and participating in the course is deemed to agree to the matters and instructions.
